Hi, I’m Kristy.

I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist, a former gymnast, and a mum to two amazing little boys who are the absolute light of my life.

I started Cartwheel Creatives because I remember what it felt like to be a young gymnast - the nerves before competitions, the pride of learning a new skill, the way your coach’s encouragement could change your whole week. I also see now, as a parent and as an OT, how much parents want to support their children in sports without adding pressure or stress.
